Thursday Nights @ Hot Club
You’ve heard the rumors? It’s true. Every Thursday night at the Trotter Building, Hot Club throws down an amazing dance party. Hot DJs, hot dancing, and a social scene that doesn’t make you feel like you’re trying to break into Fort Knox when you walk in the room. Come party like it’s 1929! (Unless we’re having an 80s dance party–and I don’t mean 1880’s.)

When: Thursdays, 9pm-midnight. Beginner Lesson 8-9m.
Where: the Trotter Building
Cost: just $7!
Beginner Lesson: Rotates. FREE with admission!

Fridays: Dance Blues Friday
Located at the Triangle Dance Studio. DBF also offers classes and workshops throughout the year.
Saturdays: Triangle Swing Dance Society
TSDS usually puts on live band dances 3 Saturdays per month (first through third). Check their website for upcoming dances and locations. TSDS also hosts the Bull City Stompede workshop weekend.
Sundays: Carolina Dance Club
Located at the Elks Lodge in Raleigh. This is a huge dance with a packed floor and cash bar. First half of the night is East Coast; second half is West Coast swing dancing.
Monthly: RDU Rent Party
Located at the Triangle Dance studio. This uber-fun party sometimes even has a live band. Organized by our friend Jason Sager, who also offers classes.
